One decade ago today, the worst terrorist attack in the United States took place. Today, we honor the 2,977 those that died as a result, including 341 FDNY firefighters, 23 NYPD officers, 37 Port Authority officers, 2 FDNY paramedics and 8 EMTs and paramedics from private agencies.
The Finderne First Aid and Rescue Squad ran several calls and cover assignments in Bound Brook during the rain and flooding that came along with Hurrican Irene. A job well done by all members and crews involved!
